The things homeowners usually want to know before they call.

Do you require a deposit?

For most tile remodels, no. You pay when the work is complete. Full bathroom and kitchen remodels work a little differently because of materials and scheduling, and we will walk you through exactly how that works before anything starts.

Is the estimate the final price?

An estimate is our honest assessment based on what we can see before demo. Occasionally we open a wall and find something underneath, like deteriortaion or failed waterproofing that needs to be addressed. In that case we pause and explain the options before proceeding further. You will not get a surprise bill at the end.

What is the Importance of the Waterproofing Process

The waterproofing layer is the most important part of the shower's longevity. When done properly, the shower mitigates water efficiently and drys out between uses, limiting the opportunity for mold and mildew to grow. Maintaining the cleanliness of your shower becomes much easier when the waterproofing is not skipped.

Do You Perform Tile Repairs?

Yes, we can fix this. Tiles crack or loosen because of movement in the slab or subfloor. We address this with proper materials and reinstall your tile, eliminating the problem where it started.

What is your guarantee?

Each product is built to last. We are locals who stand behind our work. Most building products come with a 10 year manufactor warranty. Full Schluter system showers and floor applications come with life-time warranties when coupled with their mortars.

What should I expect for the duration of the project?

A typical shower remodel takes one full week. Because most of our projects are residentialy based, we understand the importance of keeping a clean workspace. We clean up at the end of everyday because we understand that you still live here.
