Palm Coast & the Flagler beaches
Bathrooms, showers and floor tile across Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. Waterproofing to manufacturer specification on every shower, which on this coast is the part that decides whether it lasts.
Palm Coast and the Flagler beaches sit close enough that the trip is routine rather than an exception. Much of the housing stock is 1980s onward, which usually means the layout is predictable and the question is what condition the existing waterproofing is in.
Coastal humidity is unforgiving on a shower that was built without a proper membrane. If we open a wall and find failed waterproofing, we stop, show you, and price the fix before we go any further.
That is the whole approach: you find out what the job actually needs before you have committed to it, not after.

Everything we do is available county-wide. These are the three we are asked for most.
Bonded waterproofing membrane on walls, pan and curb before a single tile goes up. It is the part that fails, and it is included.
Failed waterproofing, cracked tile and failing grout, assessed honestly — including when a repair will not hold.
Porcelain, stone and wood-look plank, with the substrate checked before anything is set.
