Most of what we do is in St. Johns County, and most of it comes by referral from someone who already had us in their house. The portfolio on this site is largely county work, so you can see the standard before you call.
Housing here runs from the historic stock downtown to newer builds out toward Nocatee and World Golf Village. The two need different things. An older St. Augustine bathroom usually turns up a subfloor question once the demo starts. A newer build is generally square and predictable, and the work is about the finish rather than the surprises.
