Jacksonville & the beaches
Kitchens, bathrooms and floor tile across Jacksonville. The drive is priced into the estimate up front, never added at the end. No deposit on most tile remodels.
Duval is a big county and the jobs vary with it. Mandarin and San Marco tend toward bathroom and kitchen remodels in established homes. The beaches bring more floor tile and shower work, and more humidity to build around. Southside and Baymeadows run to newer construction.
What does not vary is how the work gets done. Same prep, same waterproofing to manufacturer spec on every shower, same cleanup at the end of every day.
For a smaller repair in Duval it is worth a short call first. Some jobs are not worth the trip for either of us, and we would rather say so than quote a number that makes it work.

Everything we do is available county-wide. These are the three we are asked for most.
Usually one or two days start to finish. Subway, mosaic, picket and slab, cut around outlets and finished with profile rather than caulk.
Tub-to-shower conversions and full tile remodels in established Jacksonville homes, where what is behind the wall is rarely what you expected.
Large-format porcelain and wood-look plank, with crack isolation where the slab calls for it.
