Our story
TileTek is a family-owned tile installation company based in St. Augustine, Florida. Rob Russo started it in 2006, and it has grown almost entirely by word of mouth from customers who were glad they called.
When your next job depends on what your last customer says about you at a barbecue, you cannot cut a corner and move on. It is best to do it right the first time than to be the contractor nobody mentions.
So the standard has gone up every year, for nearly twenty years: tile a masterpiece that lasts a lifetime. Whether that is one cracked tile in a hallway or a full bathroom down to the studs.
The crew
Customers name them in reviews, which tells you most of what you need to know.
The same people do the work that quoted it. Customers regularly name our installers by name in their reviews, usually alongside the word artist.
Questions on scope get answered the same day. Reviews mention responsiveness more than any other single thing.
